Return Policy

While we hope that you are thoroughly excited about your new purchase we realize that you may find it was the wrong size or didn't match your style. Therefore, we accept returns of unworn shoes within 14 days of your purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price. Once your item is received and processed, you can expect to receive a credit in the original form of payment (excluding shipping costs). Please keep in mind we cannot process what we do not receive. We therefore recommend that you use UPS or FedEx so that you have tracking information on your return in the event it does not find its way to our door. Thanks.

If the return/exchange is a result of our error, we will gladly cover the shipping costs associated with return shipping.

If you are returning a gift that you did not purchase yourself, a store credit will be issued for use towards your next visit with us.
